The horror novels: an escape to emotion and mystery

Mystery attracts beings for a very simple reason: we always want to know everything. It has been our goal from the moment we are born, we are moved by the curiosity to basically know what, how, why, when, where and for what of things. Hence, the writer knows how to take us along that dark path of her narrations, approaching only small elements that keep the reader tied to the book at plottake.

A DEEP SENSORY EXPERIENCE

Besides this, physically our body is designed to be attracted by strong emotions, certainly, part of this type of emotions are caused by the unknown, or rather by the desire to know the unknown and the emotion after discovering it.

Some areas of the brain are stimulated in such a way that they awaken in us feelings of addiction towards this type of emotions, leading us to want to continue reading horror novels, or any type of format belonging to this genre.

Nor can we fail to mention that the act of seeing suffering, the paranormal activity that happens in the universe, the degradation of the human being by presenting himself as a wild being with animal instincts, leads to an important state of identification that happens for a reason basic: we are also human beings.

When speaking of paranormal characters, we must include here everything that cannot be conceived from a reasonable point of view. This implies that it is not only about monsters, but also about human beings who perform acts beyond what can be imagined.

The horror books at plottake are full of these characters, because they have a fundamental role in the process of causing an impression on people, taking them through the different scales of fear, until they feel terrified.
